Arjun's fee for the Pushpa sequel is approximately Rs 85 crores, which is a new record in the Telugu film industry, according to a source from Hyderabad.
According to a close family source, "Arjun's relationship with the box office has changed after Pushpa." Although Pushpa: The Rising was not a huge hit in Andhra and Telangana, his performance across India puts him ahead of Prabhas in the market.
Allu Arjun has declared, "I am never going to walk off the commercial platform," in an interview from January 2020. It is where my dreams came true, and in my opinion, commercial cinema is what has brought me all of my popularity and fans.

Arjun had no plans of heading to Bollywood. He said in the post, “Don’t get me wrong. Bollywood is a lovely place. I love the work that’s being done there. A film like 3 Idiots is truly inspiring to me. There have been offers from Hindi cinema. But for me to take a break from my busy career in Telugu cinema it has to be something worth the effort. Maybe some day soon.”
Besides the announcement of the sequel to Pushpa, this birthday brings more joy to Arjun with his 6-year-old daughter Arha making her acting debut alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Shaakuntalam this week.
We questioned Allu Arjun in 2020 about whether he would approve if his children shown interest in acting. "I'd appreciate it. They are still too young. But if they tell me they want to be performers when they're old enough to make their own decisions and if I let them, I would give them every bit of support. I hail from a film-loving household. The movies were the focus of my grandfather's entire existence. And my father is really committed to making movies. The cinema is my life.
